Want to completely restart your career? No problem! With our in-ception program, we guide career changers step by step into the exciting world of the automotive industry. Prior experience? Not necessarily – we’ll meet you right where you are.
Within two years, you’ll become part of real projects, gain hands-on knowledge, and build the experience that makes you ready for your new role. Whether as a certified tester or project manager – we’ll make sure you’re fully prepared.
This includes:
- professional onboarding and intensive support,
- internal trainings in Office, communication, and project management,
- recognized certifications (e.g. ISTQB® Certified Tester – Foundation Level, Professional Scrum Master™ I, and IPMA Level D),
- and plenty of insights into real automotive projects.
That way, you’ll not only build up technical know-how but also a strong network and the foundation for your professional growth.
